All our Chauffeurs/Drivers are fully licensed and have many years of driving experience. We believe that using a Chauffeur/Driver and a Tour Guide who speaks your own language, gives you the best opportunity to travel informatively and safely.

We specialize in Private/Personalised tours for individuals, couples, families and larger groups if required. Our top of the range Mitsubishi Delica takes 6 people comfortably so there is plenty of space for you to sit back and relax in air conditioned luxury as you watch the beautiful scenery go by.

Sonny Galvin:
Owner Director, 49 years old. Nationality, Maori. Sonny studied his own culture and would like to share this with you. Sonny is very friendly and has got extremely good people and communication skills. Also Sonny is an absolutely fabulous Chauffeur/Driver and an (almost) qualified scuba diver. His knowledge of New Zealand is second to none and you will find him, and his partner Ria helpful and informative throughout the trip.

Ria Galvin:
Managing Director, 41 years old. Nationality, Dutch. Ria has lived in New Zealand for over 12 years and has taken the opportunity to study the Maori culture in great detail. Her personality is an absolute hit with every customer and her professionalism as a tour guide in Rotorua and throughout New Zealand is outstanding. Ria speaks 4 languages, English, Dutch, German and French and the warmth and enthusiasm she has for people will instantly rub off on you.

Darren Brown & Sonny Corbett:

Both Darren and Sonny support Superia Tours. They are Maori and local free lance guides. Their main occupation is working with Tamaki Tours and both have also their own local Tour Business. Sonny and Darren are both an asset to Superia Tours and having their own business they are very capable to look after ours. We feel very honoured to have these two mighty Maori men supporting us.
